Today I had the great pleasure to train back and biceps with Damien Patrick! We focused on gaining mass with a high volume back and biceps workout. We performed so many row movements my lats almost fell off, haha. Towards the end of our back workout we choose to torget our biceps. As you know when you’re working out your back muscle your biceps are slowly fatiguing. At the end our biceps just needed to be targeted a little bit and it made a huge impact. My lower back and lats are currently super sore from out back workout for mass. My biceps are busting out the sleeves now!
