Add inches to your arms with our Bicep/Tricep routines!

Bicep Curl (Ez Bar)
8-10reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell Curls (Alternate)
8-10 reps x 4 sets

Preacher Curls (Ez Bar-Wide grip)
8-10 reps x 4 sets

Bicep Curls on Low pulley
Reps to failure x 3 sets

Triceps Push down
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Skull Crushers (Ez Bar)
10-12 reps x 4 sets

Tricep Diamond Push-ups
10-12 reps x 4 sets

Workout time: 45 mins to 1hr.

Note:

45 seconds to 1 minute break between sets, 2 minute break between exercises.
