I was in the gym yesterday and noticed a lot of guys doing a bicep curl the absolute wrong way.

In this video I will show you the right way and the wrong way.

I’m not saying that this is the best bicep workout. In my experience there is no best workout. You simply need to find a workout that has worked for many others then test it on your own body.

You should track everything you do from how often you workout, how much weight you’re lifting to how many reps and sets you’re doing.

I like to do very controlled motion bicep workouts. I see a lot of guys in the gym doing this rocking motion (sometimes referred to as putting English).

One of my favorite bicep workouts is to use the “preacher” bench. It forces you to NOT rock back and forth and puts all the focus on your Bicep muscles.

I like to use a straight bar, ez-bar, and single dumbell curls on the preacher bench.
