Quick Bicep/Forearm workout!

This a quick workout to end with.. Lightweight bicep curls followed by forearm wrist curls, behind the back forearm curls and ending with forearm curls but go down slow from the top. The number 1 muscle people neglect are the forearms. If you are wearing a big shirt you don’t want to look like a skeleton so hit your forearms hahah!
