Fastest ARM Workout EVER | 7 Minutes = BIGGER Arms (Biceps & Triceps)

Is this the world’s fastest and most effective arm workout? Today I’ll be showing you an absolutely KILLER biceps and triceps workout that’s designed to add mass to your arms FAST! We’ll be targeting our biceps and triceps in the first half of the workout with a ladder circuit. The 2 exercises we’ll be using are EZ Bar Preacher Curls and Skull Crushers. Complete the first set of 2 exercises for 10 reps, rest as minimally as possible and work your way through sets of 8, 6, 4, and 2 reps. To complete our workout, we’ll finish with a single 30 rep set of Hammer Grip Spider Curls and Overhead Extensions. By the end, your Biceps and Triceps will be so pumped, and so totally annihilated, you’ll wonder how you got in such an effective workout in such little time! Good luck!
